The men bonding, sharing deeper insight into their respective characters, particularly Max, and facing some hard truths was good. There's no doubt that scene, as well as Felix parting with Max after reassurance that they can be friends, evoked some feeling.
But because Felix has no one, it's why he clings to Murphy so much, no matter how bad she is for him. It speaks to how alone he often feels that he clung to the guy who cheated on his sister with the woman HE loves so tightly and still wants that friendship.
Fry begins to prepare for the dog, and Bender becomes jealous. Just when the Professor is ready to clone Seymour, Bender arrives. Angry that Fry will not spend time with him, he grabs the fossil and throws it in a pit of lava, believing that destroying it will restore his friendship with Fry. Fry is furious at Bender and extremely upset at having lost Seymour. Bender realizes how Fry could love an inferior creature and apologizes for what he did. The professor explains that the fossil may not have instantly melted, as it was made of dolomite. With this in mind, Bender, claiming to be partly made from dolomite, dives into the lava and recovers the fossil.
Zack Handlen of The A.V. Club gave the episode an 'A' rating, and noted how \"the last minute or two [...] remains one of the most gutting scenes [he'd] ever watched on television\". Alison Willmore, writing for IndieWire in 2013, said that the episode was capable of reducing even the most \"animation-averse\" viewer to tears. Scott Meslow, writing for GQ in 2018, called the episode \"legendarily gut-punching\" and likely to \"reduce any non-sociopath to sobbing.\"
I love how passionate you, the fans and readers, are about the show and the dancers and I learn a lot from your comments. I love the ALDC girls and watching them dance and support one another, regardless of the words and actions of the adults around them.
In the afterglow of their basketball victory and the festivities afterwards, the team awakens to the news of the murder, but Jason would rather watch Thundercats, a classic Saturday morning cartoon which had just begun the previous September, 1985. Jason was ahead of the curve!

Afterwards, a new manager named Carl comes to them, renaming The Krusty Krab \"Krabby O'Monday's.\" Mr. Krabs drives by, but ignores it, instead going to the newly opened Bikini Bottom Hook Museum, then when he is trying to paint a bowl of fruit, he actually paints a bowl of Krabby Patties instead, followed by a round of golf; however, he then realizes that he hates golf. Mr. Krabs has done everything he wanted to do and decides to go home, where he realizes he has nothing to do. He tries to talk to his daughter, Pearl, but Pearl kicks Mr. Krabs out of the house and tells him to get a job, a hobby, or some friends.

Mr. Krabs then gets a job at the Krabby O'Monday's working as a busboy, listening to SpongeBob complain about the problems. The problems are that the patties are processed (made out of a gray material and synthetically engineered) and there is an automated cash register with no one watching it. Mr. Krabs then presses the cash register, causing dollar bills to appear on the screen, making the screen go black and ending the episode in the process.
The timing of the official account's tweet is certainly interesting; perhaps Lucasfilm is taking the opportunity to plug the series after Hayden Christensen shared he had watched the show in preparation for Obi-Wan Kenobi. It's doubtful that the article's recent push is indicative of any imminent news regarding additional episodes for the show, but it can never hurt to give Clone Wars some love.
